Complete Hayward Concrete Company was founded in 2025 by a crew of East Bay tradespeople who were tired of seeing homeowners get burned by sloppy work and overpromised timelines. We started with a simple idea: show up, do the job right, and treat people the way we would want to be treated. That idea has guided everything we have done since day one.
We are a fully licensed and insured concrete contractor based in Hayward, California. Our team holds a California State Contractors License (Class C-8, Concrete), and we carry full general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job we take. From the start, we made a commitment to work only in the East Bay communities we know best.
